Every product and illustrations are the intellectual property of RÉBAH. Any photographs, video, digital prints, designs cannot be used without our consent and are protected by India copyright laws.
This platform of RÉBAH should not be used for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
Any user shall not use any false email address, impersonates any person or entity, or otherwise misleads us by sharing multiple addresses and phone numbers or transacting with filthy intentions.
We understand the value of our user's private details and we promise that we shall not share your personal details with any third party without your consent.
We may disclose certain data for general business requirement purpose such as information about our Site and visitors, such as a number of visitors, number and type of goods and services purchased, etc.

We prioritize the privacy protection of our customers. We make sure that all information provided by you is protected with high integrity.
We want you to be aware of the data that will be collected from you so that you feel comfortable sharing that particular information with us.
Our privacy policy may change from time to time based on our business needs. To make sure you are aware of the changes, please review this policy periodically.
The personal details that we would be collecting are First and last name, Email address, Contact number, Shipping or billing address, and Pin code.
We collect this data when you create an account on our website, make a purchase or contact us.
Our website uses these “cookies” to collect information and to improve our website to give you a better shopping experience.
We believe in transparency with our customers, hence we would also like to inform you that third parties shall have access to your personal information.
It is to perform the tasks assigned to them on our behalfs such as website hosting, email services, marketing, auditing, fulfilling customer orders, data analytics, providing customer service, and conducting customer research and satisfaction surveys. They are obligated not to disclose or use the information for any other purpose.
How to place Custom Orders
Kindly fill the custom order request form and I'll get in touch with you within 24 hours with the estimated quotation of your desired fabric and design.
To hand paint and handcraft your desired outfit may take 5 - 10 business days depending upon the style and design you select.
I will let you know the available fabric available or you can send your own fabric/costume.
Once the design and fabric are finalised, you will receive an invoice.
Since its custom made an order, 50% of the order total amount has to be paid when the design is finalised for the fabric and other art material to be procured. The rest 50% of the order amount should be paid when your outfit is ready to be shipped.
When we receive the 100% of the payment we will ship the product on your given address and share the courier details for you to track.
P.S. Please do not request us to replicate other brand work, we respect other artists work around the globe and we believe in the uniqueness of our own work.
Cancellation & Refund

Once the order is placed you will get 12 hours of buffer time to cancel the order.

Custom orders and pre-orders cannot be cancelled since the material and fabric are made available upon your request.

For any cancelled orders the complete order amount including shipping charges will be refunded.

Unfortunately, we do not have any return policy, however, if you have any grievances and would like to return the product write to us at rebahhandpaintedclothing@gmail.com and we will get in touch with you.

Refund of cancelled orders will take up to 2 business days to initiate from our end and additional 2-4 business days as per your bank’s policy.
